To our patients,
I hope everyone is safe and healthy. Thank your for your understanding and patience during this challenging time in all our lives. We are moving forward with the new guidelines for routine vision care as set by the state.
We will be back to normal hours the week of May 18th. New measures will be in place to keep our patients and staff safe.
As a staff , we will be wearing masks and those with direct patient contact, will wear gloves, as needed. We will screen daily for Covid-19 symptoms ,including taking temperatures. , We also have an enhanced cleaning regimen.
As patients, we will ask you to follow new protocols as well.
1) If you are sick prior to your exam, please reschedule.
2) All Patients will need to wear a face covering or mask,, while in the office.
3) When you arrive,we ask that you remain in your car and call us. We will complete a Covid-19 symptom questionnaire and eye history with you. We will let you know when to come in to the office.
4) When you come in, we ask you come alone, unless you need assistance or you are accompanying a minor child. You will have your temperature taken and will be asked to use hand sanitizer before we take you to the exam area.
5)We have a process for frame selection and frame disinfection.
6) We will not take any walk ins at this time for appointments , frame selections or repairs. Please call ahead for any visits.
All of these steps are to keep our patients and staff healthy. Please help us , as we make these adjustments to our new normal.
